Submit pricing. Get the network back.

AmpQuotient is the reciprocal network for data-center construction cost — vendors and trade contractors contribute anonymized pricing against the WBS, the network aggregates it into scope- and tier-resolved benchmarks, and routes bid opportunities back to contributors once critical mass is reached.

/ How the reciprocity works

The network you contribute to is the network that comes back.

A literal three-step cycle. Anonymized in. Benchmarks out. Bid flow, once the index clears its threshold.

  1. 01

    Contribute

Vendors and trade contractors submit anonymized unit pricing against the data-center WBS — one line, one scope tag, one unit cost.

  2. 02

    Network prices

The network rolls contributions into anonymized benchmarks by scope, region, and tier — refreshed weekly, never RSMeans ever again.

  3. 03

    Get back

Once the network reaches critical mass, contributors receive benchmark reports AND qualified, scope-matched RFQ leads routed back through the network.

/ Trades covered

Seven trades the data-center WBS actually procures.

Not horizontal construction line items. The seven scopes the AMP-Score index calibrates against — the trades that decide a Tier-IV schedule and pencil out a bid before the switchgear long-lead does.

Submit pricing against any WBS code the AMP-Score calibrates against — and browse the live cost database to see the trades the network covers. The index cannot measure what is not submitted.
